Coffee Storage

Coffee Storage

These are great little storage containers. We use them for storing green coffee beans as well as fresh roasted coffee. Buy a size that makes sense for your daily use, so that the coffee is exposed to as little air as possible. The cool whooshing sound as you open the container & subsequent fresh roasted coffee aroma that emanates and fills the air is a thing of joy. *

Ball Jar Heritage Collection Pint Jars with Lids and Bands, Blue, Set of 6

Mason Jars are great for storing coffee, especially if you have roasted several kinds & want to keep them separate. Remember to always leave the jar lid loose for a full day after roasting, or you may get a big surprise as coffee will “gas” CO2 for the first 24 hours or so. Coffee needs to have a “rest” period before the best flavor is reached.
