This wonderful coffee is produced at high elevations (1,800 m – 5,900 feet) and is a dense bean, rich in flavor. A very happy “find” for us.

A creamy cup with earthy peanut and a hint of caramel, smooth aftertaste.

Fundo Santa Maria is located in the highlands around Mazamari, Peru. The Taipe family is finicky about their coffee quality and are leading the way in a relatively new coffee cooperative in the area. For more info on this grower and coffee see here.
