Horst Gehrman, a neighboring farmer of Chacra D’dago in Villa Rica has been working hard to produce fine specialty coffee. Honey processed for a sweeter coffee. A fabulous “discovery” for us this year.
Each coffee cherry is cleaned and then carefully fermented, leaving just the “honey” coating as each bean is then painstakingly dried for several weeks.

Recommended roast level: City to Full city+. Makes a tasty espresso, and works well with drip methods.
