Nearing the end of summer, if not per the time of year, at least it’s because of back to school etc. It’s still hot here for another month, meanwhile nights are cooling further north in the Rockies.

All is going well in Tarapoto. Everything is in disorder as we’re having various things done while we’re here. The place just keeps getting better. We’ve put in AC for the smaller bedroom on the third floor, which will be a nice guest room, or possible rental room. We’ve also added a microbath in a nearby unused space, so the new room also now has it’s own bath. At least it will in just a few days. We’re still doing finishing touches, and we’re waiting for the tech to show up and install the continuous hot water heater. The carpenter comes Tuesday to install the door.
